1. How long does it take to process my order?
We process all orders within 1–2 business days after successful payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?

- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery may take longer during festive seasons, sales, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping across India on all orders.
4. Do you have Express Shipping?
Yes. Express Shipping is available for ₹150 per order. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

6. Can I return or exchange my jewellery?
Currently, returns and exchanges are accepted only at our physical store.
7. Do you have a resale program?
Yes. You can bring your Triveni silver jewellery to our physical store for resale.
Resale requests are accepted only at our offline store: Achal Jewellers
8. How is the resale value calculated?
The resale value is calculated based on:
- Current market silver rate
- Net silver weight of the product
Please note that making charges, design charges, taxes, shipping fees, and other additional charges are non-refundable and are not included in the resale value.
Yes. The final resale value is determined only after inspection and verification by our team.
9. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- A brief description of the issue

* Store your jewellery in the original Triveni box or ziplock pouch when not in use.
* Try to avoid contact with water, perfumes and other chemicals
* No need to Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
* Gently wipe your jewellery with a soft, dry cloth after use to remove oils and moisture.
Important Note
Tarnishing is a natural characteristic of 925 sterling silver and is not considered a manufacturing defect. Regular care and proper storage will help maintain its original brilliance.
