At Triveni Jewels, we are committed to offering premium 925 silver jewellery crafted with quality and care.

Prepaid Orders Only:
We currently accept prepaid orders only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Returns & Exchanges:
Returns or exchanges are accepted only at our physical store located in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh.

Customers are kindly requested to contact us before visiting the store regarding any return or exchange request.

Silver Value Policy:
For returns or exchanges, the value of the jewellery will be calculated according to the latest market silver rate and product weight excluding making charges.

As silver is a precious metal with changing market rates, this policy applies irrespective of the product’s condition or usage.

Refund Process:
Once the product has been evaluated and approved, the refund amount will be processed immediately to the original payment method and will be reflected within 5–7 business days.
