Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details on your registered email or whatsapp. You can use the tracking link to check your order status and estimated delivery date.

To ensure product quality and authenticity, we currently do not offer online returns or exchanges. Returns and exchanges are accepted only at our physical store, Achal Jewellers Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh.

Once approved, refunds are processed hassle-free to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Your jewellery’s selling value is calculated using the latest market silver rate and product weight (excluding making charges)

For example:

Product weight = 10 g
Latest silver rate = ₹100/g

Silver value = 10 × ₹100 = ₹1,000

As silver is a precious metal with changing market rates, this policy applies irrespective of the product’s condition or usage.
